Our story began not only with a dream, but also with the meeting of two people - a Latvian and a Turk, united not only by mutual love, but also by a true passion for food and people. We opened our family cafe in Valmiera in 2021. in 2011, at a time when the world was still in uncertainty and insecurity. The pandemic was a tough start, but we were driven forward by the belief that if you do it with your heart, people will feel it. And they felt. Valmiera welcomed us with open arms.
We often say that Valmiera is like a family - warm, sincere and sincere. That's exactly the kind of environment we want to create in our café - a place where guests feel welcome, understood, and fed from the heart.
Our kitchen brings together two cultures, flavors from Latvia and Turkey, united by a love for homely, honest food. Each dish is prepared with care, just like you would cook for your own family.
